Scheduling
Quattri provides expert consultancy in the Dutch healthcare sector, focusing on the implementation and optimization of Electronic Client Records (ECRs). For this project, they partnered with Omring, a care organization introducing a new scheduling module, “Roosteren”, in their system, Ons by Nedap.
I was brought in to translate this technical implementation into a clear, engaging e-learning experience that would prepare Omring’s team before hands-on training. The aim was to build scheduling confidence, reduce resistance to change, and create a smoother onboarding process for employees new to the system.

💡My Approach
Quattri had already developed a strong foundation for the learning content, which allowed me to focus on enhancing the learning experience and bringing consistency and clarity to the structure. I kicked off the project with a joint meeting with Quattri, the Omring subject matter expert, and two team leads, the people who would ultimately use the scheduling tool day to day. This conversation helped uncover real user needs and pain points.
In the e-learning, learners are first introduced to the Ons platform and its core components, giving them context before diving into scheduling-specific tasks. Each key process was explained using a blend of visuals, voice-over, and clear screenshots. After each explanation, learners could watch a step-by-step demo, helping them visualize the process before practicing themselves in a secure, offline environment. To keep everything on-brand and user-friendly, I applied Omring’s color palette and fonts and created custom graphics in Canva. The end result was an intuitive experience that looked and felt cohesive from start to finish.
🔧The Build
Using Articulate Storyline, I created a responsive and polished learning experience. I designed a custom master slide to ensure consistency across all screens and used Storyline’s screen recording tool to build interactive demos that mimicked the real software environment. These tutorials gave learners a safe space to explore new steps without pressure.
We went through two structured review rounds with Quattri and Omring. Feedback was practical and insightful, helping fine-tune both the content and the flow. The collaboration was smooth, focused, and very much grounded in the real-world needs of the scheduling team.
✅The Result
The final e-learning was rolled out to Omring’s scheduling team before the system went live. It gave learners a head start, helping them build confidence, reduce errors, and feel more prepared for the live training. By front-loading the learning experience with clear, guided demos and thoughtful structure, the transition to the new system became less daunting and a lot more effective.
