Instructional design is all about making learning click, designing experiences that actually stick and make sense for the people taking them. I help turn complex topics into digestible, learner-centered journeys. Whether we’re working from scratch or revisiting existing materials, I use frameworks like ADDIE and work with learner personas to keep the design grounded in strategy and purpose.

Together, we’ll shape the story your learning needs to tell. That includes identifying the learning gap, defining clear outcomes, and designing the right activities and experiences to close that gap. I can support you with storyboards, learning paths, modular frameworks, and full instructional blueprints.

What sets my work apart is my focus on activation. Learners should be doing, thinking, and applying, right from the first screen. That means fewer info dumps and more decision-making, storytelling, and reflection.
