For JDE Peet’s global supply chain department, I developed an interactive e-learning course focused on building foundational problem-solving skills through Root Cause Analysis (RCA). The aim: empower teams to tackle issues effectively and build a culture where everyone contributes to continuous improvement.
This project blends storytelling, practical tools, and a clear structure to support lasting capability-building.

What makes my approach unique? I weave together my backgrounds in marketing, learning design, and gamification to design experiences that truly resonate.
Marketing
During my years at JDE Peet’s, including a year abroad, I learned to think in campaigns, not one-off trainings.
I bring a results-driven mindset to learning: it should be measured by real impact.
My international experience taught me the power of diverse perspectives, something I value in every project.
Digital Learning Design
With 5+ years of experience, I help corporates and training institutes create engaging, structured learning experiences that drive results.
I hold a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design (with distinction) from the Digital Learning Institute.
Tools I work with are Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Vyond, LearnDash and Genially.
Gamification
I use gamification to get learners thinking, deciding, and engaging from the start.
By blending cognitive techniques and motivational elements like badges, goals, and storytelling, I design learning that truly sticks.
I keep my skills sharp through the Effective Gamification program by Marie-Jo Leroux. Because fun isn’t the goal, effective learning is.
